The first visit of a foreign pizzaiolo at Franko's Pizza & Bar
In order to introduce something new from the world of pizza to Zagreb and Croatia , Franko's Pizza & Bar embarks on a series of guest appearances by foreign pizzaiolo.
The first guest will be Suzana Doroški.
Suzana was born in Vojvodina and lives and works in Ljubljana. She has been making pizza for 15 years, she is a member of the APG association and a licensed instructor of the Italian Accademia Pizzaioli for Slovenia and Croatia.
She will be a guest at Franko's Pizza & Bar on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
With the support of two Franko's pizzaiolo, Boris Lukšić (a member of the Croatian national team that won first place at the Caputo Cup 2023 in Naples), and seasoned professional Mario Markušić, whose work and signature is woven into the three placements of Franko's Pizza & Bar in the 50 Top Pizza Europe, Suzana will present to us several pizzas made from Afreddo dough.
What Afreddo dough is, and why it is so delicious and demanding, you can find out first hand by tasting limited edition pizzas, with which our bartenders will combine cocktails based on Jameson and Italicus, and Suzana will be happy to explain everything to you.
Due to the limited amount of prepared dough and the time limit when Afreddo dough is ideal for serving, reservations are available at: 17:00-19:00, 19:00-21:00 and 21:00-23:00.
